Description

$20 cash per person 15+ only w/ adult relative.
40 marked "going" limit
(on facebook event page)

The time 'may' be extended depending on paranormal activity and interest. Please arrive on time or early, if you arrive late you may not find us. A photo ID/credit/debit card is required to borrow an equipment item. Please have exact cash amount as I may not be able to make change and there's no ATM/store in the area. (the saloon/store appeared to be closed down when I went). You can take pictures/video during the tour to capture evidence.

We will investigate around the old saloon/store built in 1850, one of the oldest structures in Amador County that was relocated to Buena Vista from Lancha Plana after gold was discovered under its foundation. We will also investigate a mystery outdoor and indoor location, one in Ione about 10-15mins drive away. This is one of the creepier tours and is not for the faint of heart. I'm making this 18+ only, no minors. You must provide ID if you look questionable in age. No transportation is provided, you must provide your own and carpooling is encouraged. You can park behind the saloon/store or along the road, it's a busy crossroad, especially with the Preston Castle haunt events going on, although I think those end by Halloween. (This event is NOT at Preston). If you have sensitivities to dust/mold this event may not be for you as one location is decrepit with debris around. I would suggest bringing a flashlight as it'll be quite dark later in the evening. Wear shoes or boots.

I'm limiting this tour event to no more than 40 marked 'going'. Not a wheelchair friendly tour. I recommend printing out or having a map in case you lose GPS/phone connection. I think i was ok in this area but driving up there I lost connection out in the country coming from Modesto around Camanche Reservoir (I recommend taking 88 if you're coming from Modesto / Stockton or the 16 from Sacramento)

There is a dust, grass, dirt & debris at this location so if you're asthmatic or have any other breathing issues this may not be for you. This tour also has walking and a few steps to climb or uneven ground so it's not for the physically challenged.

No refunds, no exceptions. You are not guaranteed to believe nor be entertained. You are responsible for your own ghost hunting equipment, phones, cameras, etc. A liability waiver must be signed upon arrival. To borrow equipment during the tour you must render drivers license, military card or credit/debit card to hold onto under the item is returned. Spiritual protection is provided upon request only after the tour, not during. By attending you agree to not hold CV Historical Ghost Tours / Ryan Privee responsible for any injury or ailment incurred during the tour/investigation.
