The UCCE Master Food Preserver program brings Safe Home Food Preservation training to our communities.
The UC Master Food Preserver program started in 1983 and continues today with dedicated volunteers trained to assist the county UC Cooperative Extension staff in providing up-to-date food preservation information to the citizens of Amador and Calaveras Counties.
