SLOW FOOD CALAVERAS

Welcome to the Calaveras Chapter of Slow Food USA. Our goals are to support Slow Food concepts (Good, Clean, & Fair food for all), to support local producers, and to serve as a food education/appreciation resource for our county & local youth.

We meet on the second Tuesday of every other month, 6-8pm.

Each meeting always includes a DELICIOUS potluck with plenty of local wine and a Food Focus (a particular food we focus on to learn more about). Don't know which is better, the food or the company Join us
