Description

The Red Barn is the former dairy barn of the old County Hospital and stands proudly as a dominant landmark along Mountain Ranch Road. The Red Barn Museum showcases Calaveras Countys rich history in agriculture, mining, logging, and ranching. Actual mining carts, farm wagons, and other donated objects make up the elaborate displays, both inside and on the museum grounds.

$2 Seniors (60 and over)
$1 Children (under 12)

Note Admission to the Red Barn is also good for admission to the County Museum downtown San Andreas on the same day - inquire when you pay your admission.
