MOTHER LODE STORYTELLING GUILD

Serving Tuolumne, Calaveras and Amador Counties. This group meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month (from September through April) at the Angels' Camp Mercantile, from 4pm to 6pm.

The mission of the Mother Lode Storytelling Guild is to help existing storytellers strengthen their skills, encourage new tellers to find their voices, and build appreciative audiences for the art of storytelling. The Mother Lode Storytelling Guild invites all those who enjoy listening to stories, telling stories, singing songs, writing poetry, reading poetry, living poetry, and celebrating the wonder of imagination to explore these interests with a supportive group of like-minded artists. We are working in cooperation with the National Storytelling Network to help advance the art of storytelling in our region of California.
